How does it work?

On our website VideoCardStore.com you can create your own unique video greeting card. Browse through our categories and select your design to start configuring your card. After deciding on the design you want to use our configurator will take you through the options and show an example of your unique card before adding it to your shopping cart.

The video
You can upload your own video from your phone or computer. If you want to keep the video to yourself we can send you an empty video card and you can put the video on the card yourself with the USB-cable we will send you with it.

Our configurator has an easy upload tool to upload the video from your phone while creating the card on your computer. Just scan the QR code on the screen with your phone and a window will open on your phone where you can either select a video from your phone's internal storage or open the camera and record a video on the spot.

Our systems will take care of converting the video into the correct formats and sizes for the video greeting card to be able to play the video.

A personal message
While configuring your video greeting card you can add a personal message. You can pick your font size and color. We will print the message on the inside of the card so it’s right next to the video.

Screen sizes
Video greeting cards are available in multiple screen sizes. Availability depends on the selected card design. All available sizes are 4.3 inch, 5 inch and 7 inch. Both 4.3 inch and 4 inch screens have a screenresolution of 480 by 272 pixels. The 7 inch screen has a resolution of 800 by 480 pixels.

Shipping
You can order, multiple cards at once and tel us which card needs to be delivered to which address. With USPS package shipping the card will be delivered in 2-5 days (depending on the destination).
